Balconies on each floor for breaks etc. Prayer rooms, telephone rooms for privacy and an awesome gym that is at no cost to employees. Lastly, ann onsite clinic for employee/ family for minor medical needs.

It’s is very much a clique culture. Expectations are not clear and understood . Training is peer to peer. Pay is lowest on the market. Flexibility is non existent. Poor management with outdated leaders.
