Employees who have been with the company 15+ years are resistant to change. When you make a suggestion, they do not listen. The work/life balance is an absolute joke in which you are expected to work 50 hours a week due to the company running so lean. If you plan on working a 40 hour week, get ready for the backlash. If you plan on having a life outside of CHS, do not come here. In my opinion, the company has a bleak future with no vision on how a company should operate in 2018. My recommendation to anyone reading this is to look at another company since I will be.
