Good salary, nice office space

Not clear about perks available. There was 4 day week that was removed suddenly. Other “perks” always need a case by case approval not garenting you will receive it. Lack of transparency between teams: multiple teams might be woking on the same thing because there is no conversations between teams, everyone reports to a CEO, that will then report to the teams individually as it sees fit. If you don’t speak german you are clearly removed from conversations even if it regards your work, documents are also all in german even the on boarding documents. There is a bad enviroment globally, you can have a good experience inside your team, but when is something larger than your team there is a fear to talk with management.
