Vantaggi
As a big company, the benefits are comprehensive, and the starting salary is reasonable. However, there is a significant difference between branches. The workload also varies greatly depending on the location. If you get assigned to a branch in a good neighborhood, it is generally recommended. However, at my branch, there are often long lineups, which means overtime is common, sometimes staying until 6:00 or even 6:30 pm.

There is no structured training before you start . You are expected to handle cash and client accounts right away(thrown to the counter), which makes the job fairly high-pressure and…You are expected to handle cash and client accounts right away, which makes the job fairly high-pressure and high-risk. If you have a responsible and detail-oriented supervisor, that helps a lot. But if the branch is extremely busy and you are largely left to figure things out on your own, I would not recommend this job, as the pay does not justify the level of risk. Pretty much everyone makes mistakes at some point, big or small. Unless you can stick it out for over a year and transition into a financial advisor role, but given the current economic climate, which comes with its own pressure, hitting sales targets can be quite challenging. Think about whether this is really the career path you are looking for.
