They expect way to much of you, it's humanly impossible to do all of the stuff that they expect you to do in the time you have alloted to do it. Also, even if you have experience with mortgages and investments you still have to push credit cards which is annyoing. And the pay compared to oil and gas pay in Calgary isn't all that great.
