Can't really think of any 'Pros', it was a terrible, awful place to work, Conning people into thinking they could provide leads. Embarrassing to work there.

Lack of training, overworked, targets were unreasonable, they lied to prospects to get them to sign up, didn't deliver results, workload was so unreasonable, the sales vp was nutso.

The worst data in a lifetime on the phones. Most of the time even the main number's to the companies your calling goes to other companies. No CRM only use a dialer system and without a CRM you can't update records in real time, add/change numbers, add contacts, create reschedule reminders. All manual processes. If you get a contact you have to add to spreadsheet and upload that eventually to the dialer via CSV file. Reschedules, call backs, everything you have to write down on paper or to a CSV file, it's insane in 2025 they have so many manual processes, it's like my first cold call job in 1990 calling from Yellow Pages on a physical phone (almost that bad). Management doesn't listen or doesn't care no communication. Not only are numbers they provide you bad, but the titles, the number of employees in the company for the project you are calling for wrong. Just excuses. The amount of leads you will be able to get are going to suffer with all this so don't count on commission if you rely on that to supplement hourly pay.
