Vantaggi
There were a good group of people that I met and became friends with. They were hard working and very friendly. Another positive was the flexible work hours. They are willing to accommodate you into your best shift.
Svantaggi
> Hostile management and HR. The environment is highly stressful, not because of the actual work, but because of the vile behavior of the managers towards their employees. Most of the employees are new immigrants who have less options in the job market so they are in a sense "stuck", and the company fully takes advantage of them. > There is almost zero growth opportunities. Achievements go unrecognized, ideas are crushed. > Salaries are barely above minimum wage for all low-mid-experienced positions and increments are 0%-0.02% every 1-2 years. > If anyone dares to bring up this dysfunctional work culture with the management, they are bullied and criticized for their "poor performance" (A scare tactic to get you to leave them alone). > There are no performance reviews, no meetings, no adherence to any sort of policy or structure, no goal or vision. > One dimensional focus to get more customers to sign up as quickly as possible so the company can make more money. > Demotivating to work among so many unhappy people who have zero pride for where they work. It's hard to feel proud of a company with such poor customer ratings online (something that the company doesn't seem to want to address). It is not a sustainable business.
