Not a progressive culture at all (picture three CEOs all voting for David Caruso for mayor…hypothetically, of course) Weird passive/aggressive management styles. Little to no feedback, positive or negative. Very little training or guidance for new hires. PM teams appear to be overworked and overloaded while corporate managers do very little besides look busy. Wild employee turnover, like WOW. Blatant favoritism between managers and certain reports.
