Compensation, Beautiful office views, Nice Receptionist, Snacks, Free LaCroix.

Lack of opportunities and development. Sexism and racism exist throughout the entire company (no matter the location). There is a clear lack of diversity (Just look at their DE&I page); no ERGs or clear DE&I strategy. Horrible sales leadership, and arbitrary numbers for metrics. Illegal selling; I was selling in states where I didn't even have licenses in. Lack of a clear strategy. Lack of proper sales tools and dashboards. CIM lost 10-15% of its workforce. Retention is not good here.

Management effectiveness is inconsistent and can create uneven workloads across teams. High performers often compensate for gaps in leadership capability and employees with strong technical knowledge tend to carry a heavier burden, leading to work/life balance challenges. There appears to be limited accountability in some areas and tenure can outweigh performance in retention decisions impacting team morale.
