The people are amazing. Most of the teams work well together. A lot of people want to fix the issues the facility is facing and have commitments to do so. Talking here really helps the leaders actually show interest in your ideas.

The facility has been ran poorly for maybe a decade or more. It has a lot that needs to be adjusted and improved. There needs to be a culture shift for true change to stick.
