Company is a scam and drama

None. I truly wish I could list a single pro of working at this place, but it's impossible.

Poor pay, even poorer work culture. No respect, decency, or ounce of humility from the owner, who is by every definition a grown toddler. You're more likely to encounter deceit and dishonesty than a trace of dignity in working for this awful employer. Trust me... Do. Not. Work here. Working at the restaurant across the street will offer you a better experience, and probably pay you better.
