Co-workers are nice and helpful Leads are good and help solve problems.. At times you dont get explanations of this though Reasonable with schedules

Terrible pay Views employees as a number rather than actual human beings Lies about their salary on their glassdoor Helpdesk tier 1's do not make 50-100k They pay you $16 dollars an hour to start off at
