Great flexibility with working hours/days and remote working.

Pay is very much on the lower side. People management is very odd, the “people managers” can’t hold conversations. No proper structure, nobody knows if they’re coming or going or if there’s any work in the pipelines. No opportunities for further learning.

It’s rare you get to skip to work feeling like you’re making a difference but you do here. Great colleagues, great management

Of course a few challenges working for such a publicly criticised company. But when you look at all the success we have done, I believe it’s unjustified.
