Its staff shall be able to help you with any outstanding payments and improving the working experience you describe. It’d be helpful to learn which showroom you work for to ensure any of these situations don’t happen again. In the meantime, please know that CITY Furniture is currently implementing, company-wide, a Leadership Development Strategy which, among other topics, addresses many of the issues you mention.
