The organization's goals and mission are admirable and in demand. I definitely recommend applying to work with them through a paid outlet like NYC's internship program. Working on the cites of their murals is rewarding and does good work.

Svantaggi

The organziations management is lacking and relies on mostly unpaid or underpaid part time interns. I do not recommend working in their office.

location is easy to get to opportunities to work on public-facing murals coworkers are cool people

Turnover is EXTREMELY high stressful and confusing environment communication is highly unprofessional and disorganized You will spend most of your time looking on the highly disorganized drive for old documents from months or years ago. No one knows where anything is in the drive due to the turnover of previous coordinators
