The management is TRASH. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked for. They will change the time of operations in the middle of the week withOUT notice. During Inauguration week they switched your schedule without notice and forcibly took one off day when In the hiring contract says we are suppose to be getting two off days if you are full time. The managers lied and said it came straight from corporate as to why we had to give up and work on our OFF days during that week. Lies on top of lies. Expect you to stay later almost every day passed your scheduled time because of lack of man power (because so they have a high turn over rate). We do not get proper breaks. Our break room is a 10-12 walk away from our work post and 10-12 back. So there is no way to properly eat or enjoy your food unless you buy something out of the airport that is in front of your pier. When employees complained about not being able to eat or heat the food they bring from home, the DCA management told us not to bring things we need to heat or buy food in the airport(which is over priced). We also were stripped of our floor mats because they “didn’t look professional”. Employees are standing for 8 hours on a hard concrete floor with no comfort mat because of a “look”. If you research standing for over a certain amount of time without a mat you’ll see it can lead to SERIOUS life long back problems and nerve problems. Management and the ceo and all the people who are higher up are frauds. They do not care about the employees at all how could you put your employees at risk of health issues over a “look”. Not only do they not care about employees but they also don’t care about their customers either. They just want the customers money. DCA management is aware some ambassadors lie to get enrollments but they do not care because the more enrollment the bigger their bonus check will be. They don’t care about the pods being dirty or broken every single day. The company is an embarrassment and should be shut down. There is no order or structure. They play favoritism. Only people who are a buddy buddy with each other get promoted.

CLEAR offered remote work, schedule flexibility, and good benefits. The workload was manageable at times, and some leaders were supportive and helpful when available.

The role often felt fast-paced, high-pressure, corporate, and metrics-heavy. Policies were somewhat clear but not always, and expectations were not always realistic. There were training gaps, frequent policy changes, limited growth opportunities, and not always enough time or support to do the job well. Speed often seemed to matter more than quality. Communication and organization were also challenges. Knowledge documents were difficult to locate, even with keywords that should have produced clear results, which made it harder to assist members efficiently and accurately. Some feedback from management also felt discouraging because mistakes were not always approached as coaching opportunities.
