Pay was good, but that’s about it. Local leadership was amazing but anything above that is a joke.

This company doesn’t care about its non-corporate employees. It doesn’t matter how hard you work the recognition doesn’t happen unless you’re a “favorite” and it’s very obvious who the favorites are. Confidentiality was broken multiple times when submitting “anonymous” feedback surveys.
