Training is not good, every single person tells you a different way to do something. They send in a team of people (who are fun and friendly) BUT when training learn how to make sure everything is the same for every trainer. What's the point of showing us how to do it if everyone does it a different way. We heard so much "I do it this way but He does it that way, and SHE does it this way"
