They will give you salaries plus allowances until you cannot get OT. Basic salary low. Only allowances high. You need to work on weekends, midnite. With no OT. Really doesnt worth it. Also allowances such as petrol card fleet, doesnt mean much because u need to travel to client site so much so Rm300 per month will not cover the whole cost going to customer site. Seems like they give you high salary but if you count properly, you will lose much money compared to allowances earned. Also sometimes they micromanage. Also push staff to the limit. Any worker want to work here can start think twice before doing so. Will save your self from hussle
