Great company atmosphere, young and insightful leadership

Not many cons, some might have issues with speed at which decisions come from senior management

CLS has excellent leadership comprised of motivated, knowledgeable, and business minded professionals. CLS works on a the cutting edge of new telecom technologies and projects and is a leader in this industry. The work life balance is sometimes difficult and long hours spent on complex tasks and often required. Employees regularly work above and beyond the normal 40 hour week. At the same time it's clear the management cares about it's employees and works just as hard if not harder than they workers they supervise. The CEO is friendly takes time to personally visit with every employee regularly and there is an open door policy with management and HR. It is a family mentality at CLS as much as there can be in a competitive corporate environment.

Because the job is centered on bring new technologies to marker there is some inherent chaos in the work. I would not blame CLS for this as they do their best to adapt and manage the constantly changing industry demands and standards.
