- Staff are incredible: hiring really cares about "fit" and it shows - Become reallyyyy good at Excel and Powerpoint - If you like telecom and tech infrastructure, you can really nerd out - Managers/Partners are higher quality (in terms of leadership, communication, and knowledge) than at peer firms - Weekly happy hour and firm outings pre-COVID were great - No rigid promotion timeline is better for meritocracy - Opportunities to learn Python and SQL

- Few opportunities for client interaction until you're a Manager (~5 years in) - Tough to make plans on weekdays, some weeks are 50 hours, some are 80+ hours - Telecom is incredibly white male dominated and CMA is no exception (although overdue progress is definitely being made at CMA) - Management did not handle transition to remote work very well- our hours definitely increased and there were no perks/benefits or any morale boosts
