CMAC has lots of passionate and talented employees who are on a mission to shake up the ground transport industry, with lots of new recruits joining at an exciting time there is a real buzz around the company! CMAC has a people-first culture and allows many people to grow with the company. I believe that the opportunities at CMAC right now are limitless for the right people, you must be driven and self-motivated to leverage this. The work/life balance here is second-to-none! Since joining CMAC I have been given the opportunity to grow my team, increase the marketing budget, launch a new brand and website and leverage external agencies to provide ROI. My team have benefitted from these projects and external relationships as it has challenged them in new ways and developed their existing skillset.

No company is perfect, while we grow there are things that are evolving (formalising processes, strategies and structure alongside launching new technology, new products and welcoming new teams/individuals too) and therefore changing all the time. Often change can be fast-paced and therefore ensuring everyone is communicated with in real-time is key. With over 250+ employees this can be challenging and we're trialing new ways to support this mission. Its important to remember, however, that change is positive and it offers opportunity for staff to define the future of CMAC and the role we (as a team and as an individual) play in this.
