CME Group has transitioned into its bean counter and penny pincher era. It is no longer innovating. In order to keep profit expansion up, the leadership is looking for cost savings. Which isn't a bad thing except that they have been doing it for many years now. CME is trying to do it through outsourcing and position elimination. Every position that turns over has to be re-justified. Additionally, that position needs to be justified that it cannot be done in Bangalore or Belfast. If you are applying for a position that appears to be able to be outsourced, probably take a pass on this company. They are not spending money to innovate anymore.
