Vantaggi
If you want a WFH position, CMI is one of the few agencies that only requires 4-days in the office per month. Your experience will largely depend on your individual account and teams. There are some really great people here, but there are also some not-so great.
Svantaggi
Salaries are not competitive to what other agencies are offering for similar roles. CMI will try to sell you on their "bonus" structure however, the bonuses are minimal for junior staff, and given that they are taxed at a much higher rate than your standard pay, it is not going to get you to your true marketplace value. They have also recently changed the structure from where almost everyone receives a bonus, to adding more qualifiers so a bonus is not a guarantee anymore. CMI will also try to mislead you on their "flex" policy as a benefit. They recently announced a "Summer Hours" program, but given that they would require you to make up the hours during the week (i.e. 4-10 hour days to people to take a "flex" Friday) it's not a really a benefit and you're better off using your PTO. CMI is the only agency I've ever worked for that does not offer a true summer Friday program as a benefit.
