Avoid CMP - Recensione dipendente - Event Associate presso CMP Management

I really appreciate being able to help others in my every day work life. I love helping with events: seeing everything come together beautifully. Our attendees and sponsors leaving refreshed with new ideas and education to improve their own professional (and personal!) lives. I also love that the team is open to new ideas to improve processes- we get better and better every event! Our team is like family and I can confidently say that everyone has each other's backs. I also wholeheartedly appreciate that our leadership team encourages good work/life balance and provides a bit of flexibility as needed.

With the ebb and flow of events, sometimes we fall into working additional hours... there is a lot to juggle, but it keeps us on our toes and keeps things interesting!

CMP Management has given me the work-life balance I need. The team environment is fantastic and the management is very easy to talk to and receptive. CMP Management values their employees and makes the office a place where I want to be. The working relationships we have with our clients are healthy and positive. We work hard but we play hard too!

Not really a con, but some people may not like this type environment - CMP Management is a small company, so you have to be willing to wear many hats and be flexible. The attitude of "that's not my job" doesn't fly here. The team really depends on each other to work together on all tasks in order to deliver top-notch service to all our clients. It's a group effort!
