I have been working at Coda Global for almost 2 years.
Was promoted twice during my 2 years. Great management/owners who are
very opened and truthful about the ups and downs of a startup company.
I have known some them for almost 20 years .
Nothing is perfect but the management and owners always put their employees first
and are extremely honest on everything. They do not hide anything and tell it like it is.
The company also has great benefits. The health insurance is one of the best
I have ever seen and has protected my family health wise and financially very well during illnesses.
Because of the quality of the health insurance we avoided huge health care bills.
The company has paid vacations/holidays and offers all other standard benefits such as dental and disability at
a really affordable price. There is not 401K at the moment but will be offered at some point.
The folks that aren’t doing their best will find this to be an uncomfortable place to work and
that is the way it should be.

- Role clarity can bee an issue but that is expected from a startup. Company expansion is moving fast
- Compensation is a bit lower than industry but things other than money fill the gap for me (see Pros section)
