They are not a professional company. They will terminate you without warning or justification, never having requested improvements or mentioned that there was a problem. The upper management will hide from you because they do NOT have the professionalism to tell you the reason why are you being terminated. They will do this despite the fact that you have not even completed training. Apparently their employees are disposable to them. Their work expectations are high for low pay.
