The founders were the worst part of the company. They refused to take any responsibility for the business, did not take any initiative to improve it, and blamed others for their failures. Founder Colin Chan was disrespectful and unprofessional, constantly smoking in the office and scouting the colleagues. He conducted an internship program as a self-promotion opportunity, taking selfies during the interviews but hiring no one. Larry Yeung, the COO, had no clue about the company’s operations and did not fulfill his duties. The other founders, including the CTO, CMO, and CFO, were absent from the business since onboarding. They made false claims to the public about the company’s achievements, while being passive and indifferent about any actual work.
