Working at COMPASS includes a multitude of pros that I experienced first hand as an intern during the summer of 2016. These included: - A strong sense of moral commitment from every employee that I interacted with. - A small, yet close-knit group of individuals that always had an open door to listen and teach - A well-established leader at the CEO position - A wide variety of clients that gave room for growth for the company. - Open workspace - Competitive pay with great benefits

COMPASS does a fantastic job at addressing all of its weak points. The only weakness that I would have to state is that they are a young subsidiary company by age, but are headed by executives with decades of experience.

Environment - Beautiful office space at the Inner Harbor. Atmosphere - Everyone at COMPASS shares values and beliefs concerning cyber security and community involvement. It's an organization where, if you're lucky enough to get an offer letter, you will love working here. Work - providing value and true actionable information to our clients, which helps them not only adjust existing security practices but form new security procedures is really rewarding. Our clients don't just need our help, they want it, and that makes a huge impact to how much you enjoy your work. Training - from hands on playing with the latest hack tools and software to industry certifications COMPASS helps by providing resources and access to training materials and products. Literally cannot stress how much you are encouraged to learn and better yourself. Schedule - very flexible, allows for everyone to still have a home life and meet any other appointments.

None of the 'Cons" are directly influenced by or related to COMPASS, like communicating with clients or getting items changed last minute due to client changes, those are just everyday 'Cons' you'll see anywhere.
