Great people, smart, down to earth, and easy to work with across the board, especially for an organization with so much employee growth recently! Very collaborative across teams with no territorial guarding. You’re trusted pretty quickly to contribute and have a point of view, which is great. You dive right in! Leadership cares about getting it right, not just moving fast. Having a focus on quality is awesome. No shortage of interesting problems to solve which keeps things engaging!
