Vantaggi

Paid holidays are nice, most people can work from home, health insurance is actually really good. New hire training is thorough. There are a lot of genuinely good and kind people working here, but the bad apples spoil it for the rest. If there is time between calls for phone reps, you can work on whatever you want.

Svantaggi

Complaints from both employees and clients mostly go unheard by management who only seem to care about what Costco thinks of us and profits. Work life balance is almost non-existent as time off is very competitive and difficult to come by. There is no sick time or other paid time off aside from your PTO. PTO is an "earn as you go" system so you earn about six hours of PTO every two weeks you work, which sucks if you get sick. As a result, burnout comes quickly especially in the summer months. No one seems interested in fixing any problems by the root cause, instead leadership only seems to care about "quick wins" and changes to procedure.

Vantaggi

The pay is decent, but it’s not worth the mental and emotional toll this job takes.

Svantaggi

No flexibility. Expect to work long, inconvenient hours — often until 9 PM or later — with mandatory overtime and every third Saturday required. Work-life balance is nonexistent. You’ll be constantly scheduled and expected to prioritize work above everything else. Not family-friendly. If you take parental leave or need time for your family, your job security may be at risk. Burnout culture. Back-to-back calls all day with minimal breaks (two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Time off is extremely restricted. Requests need to be made far in advance and still may not be approved. Poor management. Leadership treats employees like disposable numbers due to high turnover and unrealistic expectations. Toxic “family” narrative. The company uses the word “family” but doesn’t live by it — employees are overworked and undervalued.
