      Amazing, friendly employees. Always up for social events. Not quite in the centre so easy to get to and in a nice location. Great as a first base job.

      Svantaggi

      Poor Pay, No real job progression opportunity. Lack of any real benefits for employees. Upper levels of management quite distant.

Regarding the lower salaries, we have been carrying out a reassessment of salary levels across the board, and based on this work we have started the process of leveling up. We also implemented new policies for training in order to contribute to people's development careers.
