-Management frequently commits to aggressive timelines, resulting in consistent overtime expectations for junior staff with limited consideration for work-life balance (without regard for pay) -Disorganized project management structure (no dedicated PMs), resulting in frequent deadline scrambles and unrealistic timelines -Favoritism leading to inconsistent treatment and limited merit-based recognition -Lack of transparency around major decisions and unclear communication on key organizational matters -Unexpected layoffs created instability and lowered morale -A culture that can feel blame-oriented, which impacts team morale and mental well-being -Stated commitment to diversity does not always reflect employees’ lived experiences -HR structure is VERY limited, with minimal support for junior employees
