Great place - Recensione dipendente - Dispatcher presso COPS Monitoring

I worked at Cops Monitoring for 28 years, handling, burglar, fire, and medical alarms. This job allowed me to interact with the public, to protect their lives and property, which was highly rewarding. The camaraderie with my fellow dispatchers created a supportive work environment. I appreciated the variety of shifts and the opportunities for advancement. the pay, medical benefits, and 401K were excellent. Overall, Cops Monitoring was a great place to work.

This may not be the right fit for someone unable to report to work on weekends or holidays when scheduled

Helping people, Never take your work home with you, some management were really great people, can work your way up if you are willing to put in the effort

Money is okay but could be more, hired employees tend to be younger & not quite as reliable yet
