I think communication could be a bit better. This goes for changes happening at CORMAC as well as employee appreciation. I think it is important to communicate/express to employees who are working hard that CORMAC appreciates all the hard work they are putting towards their role as well as expressing appreciation for any positive impact employees have on the team/company.
