Excellent company to work for.

There are no cons for this company.

Nothing to mention here at all.

-This company is a laughing stalk. They will pay you $19 an hour as a starting rate with any kind of bachelors in science and will maybe offer you a small raise if you're lucky. -This company will act like they are better and above everyone else. -No room for growth. -Everyone you'll work with here will belittle you and make you feel small and nothing special. -With this role, they will not offer you benefits even though it is a full-time job. *Word of advice for new grads who have a Bachelors in Science: Don't take on a job that is willing to pay way less than the average salary base pay which is normally $60k and above no matter how desperate you are in gaining experience. This job isn't it and you WILL find better. Trust me. This job will fail to mention that they don't really require a degree. All you really need is a high school diploma. Do better for your starting career and don't waste your time with Cosway because you will regret it.
