(1) Rather unhealthy (micro-)management culture with much favouritism and managerial incompetence. (2) General atmosphere can be very cold and unwelcoming. Some team leads are never in the office. Cowboy is a small company, but has a very vertical structure. (3) The management teams (HR in particular) seem to consider themselves as real vanguards of the ever growing Anglo-Saxon corporate nonsense culture (e.g. fake wellbeing surveys, fake job descriptions, fake employee platforms, peer reviews, title inflation, overload of reports, no real respect for frontline staff, overload of corporate jargon, fake CSR labels...) (4) Bad coffee and coffee machine. (4) It's a bike company, but most people seldomly ride a bike, it's more about marketing than about the product, even though they sell themselves as active mobility evangelists on social media.
