The work is never too demanding on employees. 2 different shifts. Workroom is not usually stressful. Operations managers are pleasant to work with (Teri, Scott, Jo).

Anyone who's part of the corporate side of the building and deals less with operations are more harmful to each other and the company due to their disconnect with the operations side of the company. The condescending attitude, the disregard for potential benefits, ignoring the needs of the employees. HR here is particularly awful: extremely ignorant of what the operations side needs and even more unwilling to budge on any matters. During peak covid times, they actively withheld the information that there was an employee that was diagnosed with covid. When people needed to go get tested, HR demanded that they use their PTO or sick time, otherwise if any employee returned with a negative result, they would be penalized. Underpayment is a serious issue here as well; 14 months for a $0.25 raise is criminal and the starting salary is $10 for a majority of the positions. Managers are also vastly underpaid as the duties they perform is not comparable to the compensation by any stretch of the imagination.
