10yWe appreciate both current and previous team members sharing their thoughts—thank you for sharing yours. We value your opinion and assure you that any legitimate concerns have either been previously taken care of or are currently being addressed. We also want to take the time to clear up any confusion regarding your comments.
Although we are growing in many other areas, the majority of our clients are presently podiatrists, but we never hide information about the fields in which we work. In fact, it is our policy to make any new possible hire aware of whom our clients are during the initial stages of our interview process. There are indeed several stages to our hiring process, but these are all put into place as a necessary means to best ensure the position is the right fit for both the possible employee and the company.
In addition, we place a high importance on employee education and training, with multiple hours allotted each month to each employee for personal development, as well as weekly trainings for anyone who wants to attend, monthly department meetings each month and staff wide meetings monthly too. We encourage all employees to learn different aspects of our business as well, so as not to confine them to any one role, thus training is ongoing for every employee.
Are there too many irons in the fire? Perhaps at times. However, this is a team-oriented company that prides itself in working together to accomplish our goals, welcoming all ideas and solutions contributing to the betterment of the company.
Lastly, The CEO of CP Solutions, Lori Hibma, has over 15 years of experience in Internet marketing, is widely connected, and held in high regard for her knowledge and expertise in the industry. She has surrounded herself by a highly skilled, talented and knowledgeable staff, all of whom work diligently to stay ahead of the ever-changing trends in Internet marketing.
We genuinely thank you, though, for your insights and will take them all into consideration as we continue to grow and strive for legendary customer service and high communication both internally and with our many clients.
