For me, it’s always been a positive place to work. Make your own schedule. If you need anything, just call the office and they’re always very helpful and friendly.

“Family environment”, lots of holidays, free snacks

Very poor communication (unsure how this happens in such a small company). They use a proprietary billing software so the skills you gain as a biller won’t help. It really depends on who your supervisor is - your mileage may vary. Very little opportunity for advancement, low pay.
