> Higher ups have a tendency to take advantage of people for their own gain > Fail to address mental health concerns despite consistently reaching out for help. Was told to continue working as it would mean so much to the company if I did, after I expressed concerns for my mental well-being and wanted to leave the company > Common to be misled, with empty promises, to keep you around in the company for longer > Sexual assault experience was not properly addressed, thought it was told in confidentially but had several colleagues discussing this with me > Thrown into commissions with no support & background information > Outdated family policy with no hope of being updated > Regularly expected to work long hours, meetings scheduled after work hours > Care more about bringing money in then the health and well-being of their employees > Harassment from multiple partners when wanting to leave the company > High turn over rate, it’s incredibly common to be mistreated within the company > A company infested with master manipulators and habitual liars > Hard to escalate issues experienced within the company, despite involving HR > Higher ups try and use their position title to intimidate you > Sometimes on the bench for several months > Overall a very traumatic place to work with an incredibly toxic work environment > Common to have “accidents” with pay rise / promotions that often have to be followed up to be rectified
