Low pay compared to the market, vacations are 3 weeks for a start, so it will take you 10 years to get 4 weeks. Every 6 months company is being re-structured one way or another (some restructurings do not make any sense). For example, the last restructuring increased the number of layers in the company structure and lots of existing Employees were demoted. Work overload in enormous. If some Employees are leaving, they are not replaced immediately. Freeze on travelling, so you never know what is happening in other locations and you never get to meet people you work with over the phone or internet. Some Employees travel extensively and some never leave their desk. Company is not fare to the older Employees and existing Employees that cannot leave due to pension issues or else.
