The owner of this company and most leadership have only ever worked at this company. This limited experience has led to a group-think that is misogynistic, objectifying its employees, and a general level of chaos that's challenging to work within. The owner of the company, and key decision-maker, is described as a "throw spaghetti on the wall" kind of leader. You never know what idea will stick and then have to change your process, or quarterly plan or entire approach to your work because of how the spaghetti lands. I was given an offer letter that clearly laid out payment for bonuses and was never paid the full amount of that described in the letter. When asking my supervisor about it they said that my offer letter was a "clerical error" and that I never should have received that wording in the first place. In addition when it came time to calculate bonuses based on the KPI's that were established for bonus metrics, my supervisor never requested the metrics to then accurately calculate money earned. I was told in my last month working there that several of the men there had gotten raises when everyone was told that no one was going to get a raise, and one man even got 2 raises in the same month plus a new work truck. If you are a smart capable person, especially a woman, please avoid working here. They will label you as a passionate woman and dismiss your ideas. There is also no HR so everything is done very loosely based on however they feel like it.
