Underpaid, Overworked - Recensione dipendente - Team Member presso CREAM Cafe

Management was awful, changed way too often and was hiring people who were nasty to team members, ignoring messages. Never got shifts on my 0 hour contact and one day randomly got removed from gc. You are paid a ridiculous salary for London and you are asked to do everything with no structure so everyone is stressed due to the fast paced environment. Was forced to work unpaid overtime to clean up kitchen area as manager didn’t want to pay for cleaner on some days.
