1. They hire fresh MBA graduates for pennies and expect them to work like senior analyst and complete targets 2. The clients treats you like customer service agents and BDM thinks they owns you 3. Analysts are expected to do whatever work thrown their way without training and complete it within deadlines 4. Within 6 months of joining they told us to find another job and there is always fear on floor about job security 5. You are expected to work in cross functional depts. Without zero knowledge about what you are doing 6. Unnecessary hype about working late, no appreciation for people who gave their 3-4 years to the company. 7. They don’t retain hard working employees and no appraisal (2-3% ) which doesn’t even reflect in salary 8. The analysts are expected to travel in remote areas which doesn’t have transport, hotel , food with their own money and reimbursement comes after months after begging 9. The analysts are expected to work on weekends without overtime even if there is no work 10. The learning is zero, growth is zero, and unnecessary long hierarchy to pay less salary and no promotion it will take trainee to become rating analyst at least 6 years. 11. The work is monotonous, no quality work, the fake calls and forms are filled and then result is publishing as research. 12. No infrastructure, office is in co working space where there is non existent canteen, so the only option you have is to bring your food or order outside. 13. There is no team outing (didn’t get any in 2 years), no team dinners or any collaborative activities 14. All facilities and functions are for global employees, SME employees don’t get any advantages which global employees get (GAC and GRA).
