They claim big that they are S&P's subsidiary. But problem in GAC is managers are given promotion and incentive on the basis of how much successful they are in harassing employees by their new schemes every month. Too many managers who dont have work.

They keep you threatinng with lot of things like cutting bonus etc. They conduct exams which they announce after joining CRISIL and say this is manadatory. For god sake be little transparent as this listed company Very slow growth. Small coterie of managers who intereact among themselves and dont give a damn who else is there in company. It will give you a feel one is working in "mahila udyog" as the pomotions are skewed in favor of women who dont leave the company til their retirement
