From bad to worse - Recensione dipendente - Analyst presso CRISIL

Company has undergone tremendous change since 2019 and quite a few unqualified people have emerged as leaders. The standard has gone down drastically. Very bad pay masters. Very long working hours. No internal growth. Sadly some top leaders have quit because of this. No proper defined roles and they don't care of you are overburdened with work. The only team that is overwhelmingly large is HR! Extremely poor HR. I guess the only thing that they do is write Glassdoor reviews. Don't go by what you see in news everyday. Company is not at all empathetic, it's bureaucratic with all self serving individuals as leaders. Only 4-5% growth year on year.
