You get to work a lot. If you are workaholic, and do not mind the substandard salary and office culture, this is the place for you.

There are too many. However, I would like to begin with the payment. Salary is almost never on time. Work culture is a joke. No sense of professionalism. Absolutely no career growth. You work on different projects and end up being jack of all trade master of none. Work life balance is a joke. You give your best and work better than the everyone else, they treat you with additional work from the share of your colleagues claiming you are better than the others. This business is a one man show. Attrition rate is very high. If you are capable and skilled with your work, do not waste your time.
