Office located in Mohali which is convenient for local employees. Opportunity to work on multiple small projects. Entry-level developers may gain some basic exposure to development tools.

Poor management practices: Decisions often feel unorganized and communication from leadership is unclear. Limited growth opportunities: Career development and learning support for developers appear minimal. Work–life balance issues: Deadlines are sometimes unrealistic and planning is weak. Low transparency: Employees may not always receive clear feedback or direction about projects. Salary and recognition concerns: Compensation and appreciation for technical work may not match the workload. The work environment can feel stressful for freshers, as senior leads sometimes communicate in a harsh or discouraging manner. Some employees may feel pressured or intimidated when raising questions or making mistakes, especially early in their careers. Management communication needs improvement, as feedback is not always constructive or supportive. There appears to be a hierarchical culture, where junior developers may feel their concerns are not taken seriously. Leadership could do more to create a respectful and supportive environment for junior staff and interns.

Managers are abusive. Toxic environment dirty politics in office. Not getting paid for overtime. 3 year of bonds for employees to abusive them with low salary and high working hours. Force them to work for late hour by giving them fake higher salary hike. Good increment is given to those who has good relations with manger. Toxic HR puppets of the management if you complaint the higher management they call you in the office and force you to write apology. Pathetic environment demand 2 months of salary 3 months of notice period with full refund of 6 months internship if you want to leave this toxic work culture
