-Growth opportunities only in Toronto & Cleveland offices (decision making power houses). Forget promotion or career growth if you are in any other office - They say they want confident & initiative taking people but in reality, they want people who will suck up & won't rock the boat. If you come across as go getter you are considered threat and they will let you go for no reason - Too many layers of management. Middle management is from old days. These guys were promoted on basis of buddy system, not education, experience and skills - Too many red tapes that result in very late delivery of projects - Decision making is super slow and takes months & years - Every office operates as a silo with zero coordination. Hence frustrated customer and friction among staff especially sales and operations - Zero training. You are set for failure from day 1 - Poor communication. HR Department is like script reading robot - Upper management doesn't mingle with staff. They think they are untouchable. They preach but don't follow it - Old school culture. Nepotism and favoritism exists - An insane number of firings without any reason. In past 12 months, they have let go some really good talent - Lack of resources (engineers, IT tools & old labs) - Very slow to bring new standards and testing services
